Not satisfied with your order? That can happen.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal
After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return conditions
To return a product:
The product must be unused and undamaged
The product must be in its original packaging, if possible
The product must not be custom-made
Return costs
Because we work with large and heavy products:
Return costs are at the customer's expense
Costs may be higher than standard parcel shipping
Always contact us first for a suitable solution.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product:
You will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days
We will refund via the same payment method
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products
- Used or damaged products
Damaged upon delivery?
Did your product arrive damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include photos of the damage
We will provide a suitable solution.
